Emily quit swimming because she was pregnant!

The girls are up to their same old tricks, it’s like nothing has changed. Spencer is foaming at the mouth for a boy she just met, Aria is being strange and keeping secrets, Hannah is still walking around with an eating disorder she doesn’t acknowledge or recognise and is letting her low self esteem get in the way of her relationships and Emily is the familial outcast and suffering in silence.

I really like the protagonist, she’s a thinker. I love how she’s questioning her justification for ending a past relationship when presented with new information. She’s also a fierce friend but not overbearing she’s respectful about boundaries. She’s also calling out the hypocrisy! How did the auntie know the sister was at the bar? Was she there herself?
