The point of view in my book is 3rd person because Lemony Snicket tells the story of the Baudelaire children, and it effects the story by giving an inside view of all the characters and their thoughts and feelings.

A particular incident in my book that provokes a decision from a character is when Fernald lets the Baudelaires escape when he is reunited with Fiona.

A line from my book from Fernald is "People are not good or bad, like salads with good and bad mixed in" which reveals that he is not as evil as Count Olaf.

I infer that Fiona and the Baudelaires would find out what happened to the crew of their submarine.

The point of view in my book is third person, and it would be different if it were in first person by having more details listed and you only being able to see the situations through only one person's view.

The plot of the current book is different from the plot of another book I have previously read because of some details about the plot such as the aquatic theme of the grim grotto, and the World War Two era in the book thief. But they are similar in plots due to them both having a dark and gloomy plot, and most of their friends and family die.

The author used several pieces of information to aid the mood in the story by exaggerating the tragedies the Baudelaires had to endure and suffer.

The key events help define the theme in the story by how the Baudelaires enter the submarine and head underwater, to support the murky, dark and aquatic or nautical theme.

An incident in my book that reveals an aspect of a character is when Phillip was limping, and he said he was attacked by a shark, followed by how close he got to a majestic creature shows that Phil is very optimistic.

A paragraph from the Grim Grotto that I am analyzing is when the Baudelaire children mistake the submarine they are in for an educational tool which shows that they are eager to learn.

The Grim Grotto is about Sunny, Violet, and Klaus getting lost in rapids coming down from a mountain range after escaping from Count Olaf. In the Grim Grotto, the Baudelaires come in contact with a submarine, and then enter it. In the submarine, they find a man who calls himself captain Widdershins, his stepdaughter Fiona, and an old friend of theirs named Phil. After that, the Baudelaires join the crew.

The themes of this book and the one I have read before are fairly different. In the book The Grim Grotto, the theme is that there are secrets too terrible to know, and the theme of the current book I am reading is that you should cherish and protect places that are significant to you.

The relationship between the protagonists and the antagonist are that the protagonists, Kendra and Seth and their ancestors were a part of an organization called the knights of the dawn, who want to stop a formless entity called the sphinx, who was imprisoned by the knights with some other demons, and he resolves to free them. Seth and Kendra want to stop him mostly because he killed most of their friends.

The author uses characterization to develop the protagonists by over exaggerating the antagonist and how evil he is, and compares him to three orphans whose parents and recent guardians were murdered by Olaf, the antagonist.

The point of view in the grim grotto is all of them combined. For instance, you can see what other people in the story can think. You also know way more than the characters, such as when sunny gets poisoned by the medusoid mycellium, and no one knows except for the reader through context clues given by the author.

An action in the book that provokes decision is when Klaus, Fiona, and Violet decide to go into the Gorgorian Grotto, when it is a possibility something they could use to kill Count Olaf is hidden inside, or they could stay in their submarine and abandon their search for it.

Crocodile tears is apart of the Alex Ryder series. In the beginning so far it talks about a man who will become wealthy because of a part of his job, meanwhile, Alex is recovering from a sniper rifle wound he received from an assassin.

Suspense is the method an author uses to keep readers entertained and want to keep reading, they are like mini climaxes in the stories.

My favorite part of The book thief is probably when death tells Max's story about him and his fried boxing, to when the nazi commander takes him away from his family.

Foreshadowing is giving little hints through out the book to tell you what happens next. One example from The Book Thief is''Liesel did not know the stranger in the kitchen, but soon she would find out he is dangerous for her new family.'' this was one example of foreshadowing from the book.

The point of view for The book thief is third person omniscient. This adds to the plot in a twisted type of way. The narrator is death and it adds to the story by making it told by the grim reaper

In Halt's peril, there are three protagonists, and they are Halt,Will, and Horace. The main antagonist is a man named Tennyson, who leads a fake cult to scam people into giving him their riches, and then he orders the other antagonists, Bacari and his protege,to kill them. They make the book have action and sequence.

This is so far a very good book, the author describes everything with crisp detail, such as''The flesh around the graze was coated with a discolored mass of oozing, vile fluid.'' the details make it seem like you are there, looking at the deeply poisoned wound with pus and it sticking to the gauze they had applied to it.
