In case of scammers writing you: Classic red flags are, if they give you their phone numbers, or claiming to be surgeons for the military and avoiding your question, or they try to coax you off this site and ask for your personal e-mail . I already have some reported/flagged to goodreads, whom I trust, that measurements will be taken to keep their readers safe.
