Weird. Very weird. Yet I'm intrigued ...

100+ pages in and literally nothing has happened. Can't stand books like this ... ✌️ Putting it down.

I don't love a "Mafia" and "chromies" but at least the narrator is interesting!

So much gas happened in 87 pages! I hope it continues to be this interesting!

My kind of book. Stuff is actually happening in the first 50 pages. This is a concept that too many authors have forgotten!!!

Another one where the author is repetitious and droning on and on with very little happening. The writing is not all terrible and the descriptions are lovely but dang...get a move on with the plot, sister...

Putting this down. The story is good but it's a bit clunky and slow. I just don't have the bandwidth to read such a book ATM. Putting it back on my tbr list for another day.

I usually dislike books like this --the "three women that span centuries, but all connected..." genre. But this one is quite good ❤️
