This will be my last book of summer break 😢

So much information and so many characters and moving parts. Have to take notes while I read 🫤

This book is so confusing. It's been a while since I read the first one, and already on page 41 I have my notes app open figuring who goes with whom and what the story line is. This may be one of those books where the author is trying too hard....

I'm so invested. This is so interesting!!!

This book deserves so much more hype. I am loving it! I hope the ending is good!

Finally, a book I'm enjoying. I've read so many DUDS this summer 😐

Ya know what's depressing? The fact that even if Haymitch pulls off whatever he's trying to pull off, we all know there are more Hunger Games coming. It doesn't stop the Capitol. I avoided this book for forever since I knew it would impact me, and it has. 😓

Two things:

1) I have used up all my audiobook time on Spotify, so now I can't finish this until next week
2) I get why she called it Murderland. At first I thought she was only referring to the Pacific Northwest. Nope. She means America as a whole... Absolutely wild and INSANE WACKADOOS discussed in this book. Proceed with caution. I swear it's been impacting my mood, so I'm kind of glad to have to take a break.

Dark days for a dark book... 😓
