This has gone a direction I wasn't expecting!

OK, the last 20% suddenly got very engaging!

It's not bad so far.

I have to say, this is pretty unputdownable!

Still pleasant, but the convoluted family history lesson is getting a little stale.

This reveal is not half bad.

A little cringe and unbelievable in spots, but I do like the novel Rebecca and stories about writer, so this is still enjoyable so far.

NO WAY is there another twist so close to the end?!

So far so good! Loving how it expands beyond the first novel (and being self-aware it’s a sequel).

Think I'm going to call it quit now, it has gone from comedic to downright juvenile, and there's no plot.

The last few chapters were extremely poignant—but the path getting there was a little rough...

This is way more comedic than I expected!

The first 10-20% of this book was confusing AF, but this section I just read was mildly interesting.

The last couple passages are very powerful—summarizing the essence of this novel.

Deeply fascinating—but best advised not going in expecting a thriller.

The POV switch / time jump is a little disorienting, but I'm invested.
