Listen, this book is nothing if not hilarious. 'But maybe she could turn him into a worm and stomp on him. That'd be a mercy'. Both Tarions and Ithans self-pity is so annoying, yet this one just launched me into a laughing/coughing fit.
On a more serious but equally chaotic note: the "two angels and a fae prince walk into a dungeon" joke will not leave my head and I wanna cry and hysterically laugh at the same time

I remember reading this book for the first time and being so annoyed at the long prologue with so much info. Now all I can think about is how much I love Sofie and Silver :(( Leave it to me to get unreasonably attached to the tragic story of sidecharacters :')

I'm a little bit scared after not liking The Selection, since I feel like this book was hyped up by the same era of booktube. But, alas, my curiosity has no mercy.

Oh my god oh my god oh my god

This is my current hyperfixation, to the point where I cannot stop thinking about it, 24/7. I have so many thoughts on this book. I love how Mary is much more of a main character than she seems to be in the tv show. Plus she brings so much nuance to Hawk's otherwise very- rough around the edges character, let's put it that way. I also love that this is the story of Hawk and Tim, but Tim is still the main character <3
