Well written so far. I really like it. I like how it depicts the internal struggle of a student going through a crush. The family situation is also quite nicely depicted. It's there, it's nagging, but Ms. Langley doesn't resort to extremes to make it believable.

Oh dear, this story is way too strong. Way too strong. It's grinding my nerves.

The narrative is not quite coherent with the circumstances of the story. I find this part hard to buy. Come on, Ms. Dee, make me believe!

I love Cara Dee, but so far I'm not entirely sold on this story. No pun intended. The earlier depictions of human trafficking attest of Dee's unmistakable talent for research, and those are really tough to read, even though one feels she has left the worst parts out.

I trust her talent with the pen, so I'm giving her time and pages to unravel the story.

Truth to be told, I'm having trouble with this book. As a fanfic, I think I like it, but then I remember it's not a fanfic - or it's not supposed to be one - and I lose my patience with it.

All the good that the previous two books have built, this has destroyed. There have been pointless moves and scenes that added nothing to the story and only destroyed some characters.

Definitively a light reading. I like the twists in this one, but I still miss the actual universe of this story. Up to this point, though, it would be futile to expect it, and amateurish to include it.

I'm just not there. It's a fanfic, and I can't shake that feeling off. I need substance and this story feels so secundary, it makes me want for the inspiring piece to get a grip of the plot.

Yep, this is mostly a fanfic, or an "original fanfic", as some call it. I can't stop thinking which fandom could be the base of this story.

So far I have seen only gratuitous displays of abuse, and nothing really of substance. This definitively tastes more like a fan pleasing fanfic than an actual novel.

I'm loving it! It has some twists of language that tend to be common in Spanish translations, a sort of abundance of adjectives, not multiple ones for the same substantives, but many substantives paired with an adjective. It's not annoying, but betrays a certain way of writing.

The story flows beautifully and it is easy to fall into the step with the different characters so far. I'm liking it.

Have I ever bitched this much about any other book I've read? Boy, this is one terrible, terrible book. But I only have to suffer it for 11% more. Just 11% more...

This isn't picking up. I'm baffled at how stiff and unrealistic this story is. Jesse talks and is portrayed thinking like a cheap psychologist, too much in check with his emotions, while Eric's reactions and thoughts don't seem to have any possible logical connection. It's very disappointing.

This book is so bad, so bad I actually need to power through it, to get it done, and it’s proving difficult. So far even one star is a star too many.

This book will end up in a cliffhanger, and I think I won’t read it. Half way through it and the author ruined it completely. Over explanations that try to sell you a flawed plot, use of baseless over-intuition in order to save up on a decent explaining scene, characters falling out of character... It’s so bad right now I can hardly keep on reading.

Interesting. Not really the kind and tempo in stories that I'm used to, but I like it.

Oh hell, I'm liking this one very much. But not to get ahead of me. Yay! But I really like it!
