I am absolutely loving this!!

Just read 1 chapter quickly before I had to crack on with work.

Never has a book given me shivers and pulled my full interest in 1 chapter. Really hope the whole book is as captivating as this first bit 😁

All im going to say at this halfway point is....

Wow, this hits deep!

The door banged open again, and a young woman in a gray suit walked into the office. She looked around, and said to Jacob, “You took my chair.” “I’m very sorry, Miss,” Jacob said, remaining seated. “Uh… And you are?” “Zoe Bentley,” she said. “I’m the forensic psychologist.”


Zoe!!! Im so freaking happy Zoe is in this.

So thanks to the Zoe Bentley Mysteries series I went and bought all the Glenmore park series too.

I've just had a spare 10 mins so I started the first one and im absolutely hooked already!

Just goes to show that Mike Omer is an incredible writer.

Just wish i had a bit more free time right now so I could read a lot more.

So halfway through this short novel seemingly set amongst Hell on Earth.

Characters I like!
Story I am liking so far.

However I dont yet understand how the time line nor the tar fit into the Hell on Earth series.

I'll read to the end as it is still a really good read.

Cannot believe I'm nearing the end of this journey!

Lost so many favourites and also gained as many.

Excited and sad for the last of this!

“No! I mean, yes, but don’t shoot, okay? He’s… he’s…” Mass shook his head in utter confusion. “He’s what?” Smithy went and helped the little demon get free from the window. “He’s my mate.” “Me Dave,” said the demon. “Please, may come in? Yes to enter?” Mass lowered his shotgun. “Start explaining.”


David is the best character! 🤣

So were meeting a new set of survivors. I like this brings a fresh outlook to the hell on earth world.

This time round i'm really liking Ted, Kamiyo and Hannah which is a good sign considering on the first book I didnt like some of the characters.

Can't wait to keep reading what happens to this trio and the forest crew.
