I'm glad I started this book before breakfast because I don't think I would have been able to keep the food inside after reading THIS oO

I'm kinda torn about the ending - on the one hand there was some pretty cool stuff but it also felt quite rushed and I'm still waiting for some explanations, so it's not as satisfying as I had hoped...

Ha, I KNEW that this was going to happen! :D

I'm beginning to worry that this story might be running out of pages because I feel like there's still so much supposed to happen/be explained? oO

Only listened to the first episode so far but I'm already loving it to pieces. Feels like a movie with all the (German) voices of actors like Johnny Depp, Kevin Spacey, Liam Neeson and John Malkovich!

I really like how these books are basically crime novels but with an extraordinary and very fascinating setting

If there has ever been true instalove then it's probably me with the 50-year old grumpy, foul-mouthed, one-armed Ex-General who's giving a shit about the world and likes to shoot idiots that step onto her property without invitation xD

I hope this is as good as the first one! :)

I liked the ending but overall there was just too little suspense for me.

Basically I don't understand 50% of the story because the sentences are just so weird. Not that anything would happen, but still...

This is SO good already! (And by good I mean cruel, disturbing, bitter and terrifying^^)

And the award for the dumbest killer ever goes to the person who tried to make his crime look like a suicide and shot the victim who had an amputated RIGHT arm in the RIGHT side of his head XD

Back to lovely Kyrgyzstan :D

To be honest my favorite (because most compelling and interesting) part of the book was the author's note and that's probably not the best thing to say about a novel…
