Born and raised on the east coast Kelsen fell in love with books and writing at an early age. After becoming married, Kelsen and his family moved to CA where they resided for 5 years. Currently Kelsen resides in the midwest with his wife and two sons.

An avid reader, following such genres as Urban Fantasy, Paranormal and Science Fiction, Kelsen has been encouraged by friends and family to share his stories. His first foray into the world of self publishing consisted of two erotic shorts, Novel Desires and Unwrapped.

New Editions

My first two short stories were in desperate need of editing and formatting. I am pleased to say with the help of a fellow author they are much cleaner and grammatically correct.

I appologize for the poor quality to any that previously purchased or downloaded them. If you like a new clean epub edition for your library, please email me and I will be delighted to send you a corrected volume. Read more of this blog post »

Kelsen’s Quotes

“So many of our dreams at first seem impossible, then they seem improbable, and then, when we summon the will, they soon become inevitable.”

“There is a primal reassurance in being touched, in knowing that someone else, someone close to you, wants to be touching you. There is a bone-deep security that goes with the brush of a human hand, a silent, reflex-level affirmation that someone is near, that someone cares.”

“Son. Everyone dies alone. That's what it is. It's a door. It's one person wide. When you go through it, you do it alone. But it doesn't mean you've got to be alone before you go through the door. And believe me, you aren't alone on the other side.”

“I let out a battle cry. Sure, a lot of people might have mistaken it for a sudden yelp of unmanly fear, but trust me. It was a battle cry.”

“It's easy to look at people and make quick judgments about them, their present and their past, but you'd be amazed at the pain and tears a single smile hides. What a person shows to the world is only one tiny facet of the iceberg hidden from sight. And more often then not, it's lined with cracks and scars that go all the way to the foundation of their soul.”
― Sherrilyn Kenyon, Acheron
