Jen Winters fell in love with paranormal romance after her daughter was born and she needed a way to escape reality for a few minutes a day. She loved it so much she decided to take her own pen to it. The world of the Guardians was developed through deeply irreligious conversations with her father who likes to misinterpret scripture as often as humanly possible and a good dose of did-I-just-read-that-! when looking into ancient near eastern mythology and scripture.

I pursued an MA in Old Testament, but bended up preggers and unable to complete it. I had thought about going back for a second degree in linguistics and getting an MA in linguistics as well. For my undergrad and graduate degrees I studied Greek, Latin, Hebrew, Ugaritic, and German.(less)

Even introverts are common personalities among romance authors. I, myself, am currently writing an all-male perspective romance.

Your pitch makes it sound like you decided to write romance without actually reading any. And while I am more than happy to have a look at your book for review, it would have to be pretty magical to gets me past the disappointment I am feeling about your pitch and the confusion I experienced while reading the blurb.(less)

A Tragic Tale

They didn’t come in the night. They came in broad daylight. They took the children from their school and the teachers couldn’t stop them. Once the children had been taken, they were paid for their service, and as soon as they found new parents for them, they were paid again.  Paid to take them. Paid… Continue reading A Tragic Tale Read more of this blog post »

so good, hea for everyone!

I loved this series start to finish, and I loved this book as much as I loved the first one. I’m sad to say goodbye, but I can hope and maybe nudge for a Malik story… He seemed like an interesting character. 👀😁🫶
