Mathew W. Weaver has been a lover of fantasy fiction ever since he was young enough to read.

A believer of "writing the book one wants to read," he has, over the years, tweaked his style from pure fantasy and medieval themes to include a dollop of humor in the works (à la the late great Sir Terry Pratchett (from whom he vehemently denies taking inspiration from, yet blushes under his helmet when compared to)) in his 2016 debut, "Mules, Knaves and Close Shaves."

Some would say what most irks them about this author (apart from a great many other irks, both large and small) would be his insistence on complete anonymity, which, for reasons entirely his own, he insists on pursuing.
