"Call me crazy, I know this book is practically fantasy with plot twists on plot twists, but I don’t think many people would say their “favorite thing” is to “give” VIOLENT head to the point of suffocating and nearly blacking out. Nothing against breath play or fellatio; this was imminent death by internal throat contusion.
