The book in total is OK, something you can for sure finish and enjoy in one day and gives u the point that the writer put in the title. While I personally agree with the idea of relying on facts to find solutions and enhance your life nevertheless I think there are emotional factors taking into consideration the complexity of the human psychology the writer some times overlooked. Also away from the environmental factors like living in countries with low income or higher restrictions that sometimes force people to have less choices but I understand that it's also really hard for the writer to cover all that.
