i understand simple words in english which diary of whimpy kid-type of books-is using but i dont wanna read those types of books cause i dont like them. they are not my favorites. i prefer to read books with heavier/complex story but i cannot read them because, the heavier the story is,the harder words it uses
complex story = complex english

I was going to say The Mortal Instrument series and by the same author Cassandra Clare The Infernal Devices series they are among my favourite books and Maggie Stiefvater's books Shiver, Linger and Lament and there are some more I enjoy her books a lot. I know these have already been recommended but wanted to just say how much I loved them too.

You might want to try the Valerie Dearborn series. The first book is Love is Darkness by new author Caroline Hanson. It's a trilogy. The last book in the series is supposed to be released this winter. I really enjoyed the first book and the second book, Love is Fear. Hope that helps.
