From my rather hopeless memory I think they feature all the way now.

This is about a hijacking of a plane. Swedish and USA law enforcement agencies as well as secret service.
It hooked me so much that I was almost reading too fast and not taking it all in.
Gave it 5 stars.

First person chapters when the main character Fin MacLeod was a boy and third person when he was an adult. He is a policeman called to his home town to find a murderer.
Lewis is an island off the coast of Scotland (I think) where it all takes place and where Fin was brought up and his first language was Gaelic.
Rated it 4 stars.

Didn't want to put it down until finished.
Interesting ending - won't say any more than that.
I gave it 5 stars.

Every time I read a review by you of one of these, I think how I'd love to do a re-read myself :)
I am really enjoying it! I read these old one years ago but they are still every bit as good as they were then:)
I imagine it'd be pretty fresh all over again... the basics are still in the memory, but the actual detail of the cases isn't :)

Really enjoyed it.
Must be getting soft in my old age as I am giving 5 stars lately (hardly ever rated a book as 5 stars - probably been too critical previously).

I picked it up to read because it is set in the Romney marsh area in Kent, which I have always had an interest in since reading books as a kid.
An historical cosy and first in a series - would give it 3.5 stars

Young family, new baby left at home with baby monitor while parents party next door. What happened and how? 3.5★ from me.
