Thank you! They are a fun way to show your total. I thought it was a good idea as well... :)
Finished Confessions of a Shopaholic for 15 points as my book with a character close to my age (challenge #1).

That's what I was told as well.

I suppose it would be not so much medical as psychological, perhaps. On a side note, can anyone think of an author born in April?

I've finished Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day but I still need to watch the movie to count it.

i've got one going on in another goodreads group i'm in, but i can never say no..
it looks like some of them may double up...
i'll post my list in a bit.
Finished Twilight for 10 points as my read a book and then watch the movie adaptation(challenge #4).
Finished Bridget Jones's Diary for 10 points as my book set in a place you've always wanted to visit/live (challenge #9).

I updated my list to include One for the Money as my book where a woman is the main character for 5 points (challenge #6) and Lover Eternal as my book that involves a medical condition for 10 points (challenge #5- the main characters mate has leukemia).
Finished Romeo and Juliet for 15 points as my book I was supposed to read in high school but instead used SparkNotes for (challenge #8).

I think this was answered before somewhere but I can't remember..but basically what I said was that you could pick one that was required at other schools but not your own..so your brothers would work.

its not a problem. There was a lot of posts going on everywhere about it so I'd imagine it would be easy to skip over.

Kristen..this is kind of confusing..but we started it in this thread and then soon after found an easier way to do the adding up of points. So this thread is for general questions or posting updates of a particular book you just read. The other thread in this folder that says "REAL official challenge" is the "official one".
I should change the name of this thread lol. No wonder everyone is confused! My bad everyone..I slacked.

i am NOT to post again on the other school year thread.
just to update my current thread.
and it will be counted in the next leaderboard. right???
correct! You just update that with your total on the bottom. This is just used if you want to post what you just finished or have questions.
