The Kane Chronicles are my favorite :) I would definitely get those too! I've only read the first 2 of the Heroes of Olympus series, but those were also awesome! Magnus Chase was probably my least favorite, but still good! They are all fun, quick reads.

I still have one book left in the Percy Jackson series, but I love them! Tried one of his other books, but didn't like it as much as the Percy Jackson ones.

From my review I did not get into it for about 100 pages but then I ended up liking it.

Thanks Jenny! I have always loved the white UK Throne of Glass books so I decided to start collecting them as well, since I already own the US versions haha. I've loved everything I've read by Ness so I'm excited to get into his trilogy. I've been told I need to read them via book not ebook to get the full effect so I'm working on collecting them to read. And I'm super excited to read Ari and Dante, I've heard so many great things! It's going to be an excellent reading summer!!!

went to the library to get some new books. I picked up Winter, The Dark Days Club, The Winner's Curse, An Ember in the Ashes and A Gathering of Shadows. The library bookstore was also having a sale so I picked up The Scorpio Races for my future classroom library and Hush, Hush as well as three books for my sister in law.

At ComiCon today, I got paperbacks of and and a hardback of and met Alan Dean Foster who signed them all. :)

I also got and paperbacks from Del Rey Publishing's booth who were giving copies away! :) I already have the hardbacks, but who can resist free books, especially when they're favorites! I can never have enough copies! ;) I'll use the freebies as loaners.

I also bought the first 8 books in the Temeraire series by Naomi Novik from Amazon (some new, some used) that should be arriving any day too. Kid you not, I was 50 pages into the ebook library copy of book 1 (His Majesty's Dragon, $1.99 for kindle, I highly recommend) and I knew I needed the entire series. Kinda like love at first sight haha

It really was, and completely unexpected! Every once in a while, I found some great books at the Dollar Tree!
