Well done Rebekah and Kate and was that a2nd TDoS for you, Rosemary? Congratulations to you, too! I decided to stop half way on Nicholas Nickleby and take a real mental break as I started back to work and I'm really glad I did. I'm really excited about the fall season and NN is on the Garfunkle list, so I won't lose out! Maybe there will be some other combos, too!Congratulations to all readers! It's been a great challenge for all.
TMI ALERT!!!!!!!!!!I finished one of my "bathroomreads". Try to improve myself whenever I can! (smile and blush) Now I'm trying to finish another Shakespeare and a book of short stories and like every challenge, it's a race against time for me!

Review: This book contained eighteen new stories based on traditional fairy tales. A frequent variation was to make the villain the hero, and vice-versa.
A couple were especially clever (“A Charming Murder” by Mary Louise Eklund, “The Red Path” by Jim C. Hines), and most of the rest were readable, although not especially memorable.

Tagore has written many poems, dramas, short stories and novels. One of his epic poems he published at age 16 was mistaken for a long-lost works of a 17th century poet! He was also a painter, a musician and philospher.

Is Debendranath Tagore his father? A lot of works are listed for him.
