Sevania (sevthedev) | 2512 comments Yeah. Tell me what you think of it when you're done!

(Now I'm curious again, I'll probably go reread it)

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments Haha definitely! :D

Taylor | 0 comments You know one series with too many unanswered questions is Leven Thumps.

message 2406: by Taylor (new)

Taylor | 0 comments Keep it that way. The man has a brilliant mind for concepts that will change the way you think about fantasy, but he leaves so much unexplained. It feels very…unruly. The author sounds like he has little control over his worldbuilding, and hints at a lot of things that make you wonder more, then never resolves that wondering.

Sam~~ we cannot see the moon, and yet the waves still rise~~ | 3061 comments ugh,i would hate that. i'm the kind of person that needs every single piece of the book to be tied up by the end of it. otherwise, i'll angrily slam it to the floor, hahaha.

message 2408: by Taylor (new)

Taylor | 0 comments I'll give you recommendations soon -- I'm headed to bed right now (I'm stuffed full of pizza and had about a dozen arm-wrestling matches tonight), and I won't be available tomorrow. But Friday I can give you a few suggestions for places to look for well-done fiction that won't annoy you. ^_^

Sam~~ we cannot see the moon, and yet the waves still rise~~ | 3061 comments i'm always looking for well-done things that don't annoy me, how did you guess? hahaha.
thanks. good night!

message 2424: by Sevania (new)

Sevania (sevthedev) | 2512 comments Thank you, Saru. We need not concern ourselves with these ancient people.

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments Hahaha yes, we do not.

message 2426: by Sevania (new)

Sevania (sevthedev) | 2512 comments As for me, I have precalculus homework and also AP US homework which does not look fun.

This kinda defeats the purpose of summer vacation.

message 2427: by Taylor (new)

Taylor | 0 comments That's okay. I'll just be ruling the world before you. ^_^

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments Whatever Taylor :( *Starts crying because world domination is her biggest dream*

message 2429: by Sevania (new)

Sevania (sevthedev) | 2512 comments That gives me all the more time to plan my own world domination. I'll take over the world from you.

message 2431: by Sevania (new)

Sevania (sevthedev) | 2512 comments Possibly, but you're still ancient.

Sam~~ we cannot see the moon, and yet the waves still rise~~ | 3061 comments what's wrong with being ancient?
it just means i'm smarter than you. :p

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments An ancient is an ancient.

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments Yes. Innocent and youthful. AND you will be old people first.

Grace (fives) | 1090 comments Hey, if I were to put some of my (awful) writing (Yes, I think most of my writing stinks.) where would I put it?
And yeah, I have no idea of where to ask this, so I'm asking it here because I was already here when I thought of asking it and I love you all
Okay, I think I may need to eat less sugar...

Each folder is divided by genre. Pick the genre that is most applicable and create your own topic with the piece. Does that make sense?

well, what kind of writing is it? there are folders (or whatever you call it, i don't really know GR terminology) for the different genres, and you can just create your own discussion (not the one that explains what the genre is) and post your story there.

i hope that made sense. sorry. lack of sleep.:/

Sam~~ we cannot see the moon, and yet the waves still rise~~ | 3061 comments yeah, listen to taylor. his post made a lot more sense than mine. :/
