Emma I'm currently reading
The Indigo Spell (Bloodlines, #3) by Richelle Mead
It's going well so far, I like how fast-pasted it feels. Already half way.

Then I'm on to
Clockwork Princess (The Infernal Devices, #3) by Cassandra Clare The Wild Girl by Kate Forsyth The Red Knight by Miles Cameron Daughter of Smoke and Bone (Daughter of Smoke and Bone #1) by Laini Taylor
I'm going to have to stop buying books when I have piles of them to read at home :/

So what are you guys reading, Bree and Innocent?

I know what you mean Rebecca! The Fire and Ice books take forever to read.

I just got this Dreams and Shadows by C. Robert Cargill from the library and I think that I'm going have to shuffle them around now. Been craving to get my hands on this since read the summary.

message 161: by [deleted user] (new)

Well, right now I'm reading: Reached (Matched, #3) by Ally Condie . Nearly finished it and it's pretty good.

How's Dreams n Shadows so far? Have you start reading it?

message 162: by Emma (new)

Emma I think that I going to have to put Matched on my to-read-list it looks great.

Dreams and Shadows is going freakishly creepily fantastic, only 60 pages in but I'm really enjoying it.

message 163: by Jessie (new)

Jessie Radford (ladysdeath) I have a list of books I'm trying to complete lol. I just started 2 new series and turns out one of the authors has another 2 series I didn't even know about so I'll be adding them to my list too.
So as it stands I am reading.
The Sea of Monsters (Percy Jackson and the Olympians, #2) by Rick Riordan Clockwork Prince (The Infernal Devices, #2) by Cassandra Clare Masquerade (Blue Bloods, #2) by Melissa de la Cruz The Titan's Curse (Percy Jackson and the Olympians, #3) by Rick Riordan Clockwork Princess (The Infernal Devices, #3) by Cassandra Clare

It looks really interesting Debbie. How is it going?

What is everyone reading now? I'm still on

Dreams and Shadows by C. Robert Cargill

I'm stretching it out as long as I can! I don't want it to end :)

message 171: by Anna (new)

Anna | 3 comments I just finished 'Wuthering Heights'. I want to reread it though because the language is quite difficult so I think it would be easier the second time round.

I am currently reading 'The Grass is Singing' by Doris Lessing. Only on like the 2nd chapter - just started it this morning.

I know what you mean Anna, I just skipped whenever Joseph spoke lol.

I just finished Dreams and Shadows by C. Robert Cargill it was so good! Loved so much, only one or two things that I didn't like but it's one of the best books I have read for a while.

I'm not sure what to read now but I think it will be between Daughter of Smoke and Bone (Daughter of Smoke and Bone, #1) by Laini Taylor or The Wild Girl by Kate Forsyth

What do you guys think I should read next?

Liam || Books 'n Beards (madbird) Currently reading David Mitchell's Back Story. I'm generally not a biography reader, but I had to make an exception for one of my favourite people ever. :P

Yeah... I <3 Fault in Our Stars. It was amazing. Have any of you read An Abundance of Katherines though? I'm kinda thinking of reading it...

message 178: by Rebecca (new)

Rebecca | 17 comments The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society by Mary Ann Shaffer and Annie Barrows

It is a very slow starting book and I nearly gave up on it, but I persevered and am now enjoying it. I do feel though that the authors should have introduced the Guernsey part sooner rather than later.....

message 179: by [deleted user] (new)

I've never heard of the author, nor have I heard of the book. I'll have to add it to my to-read list at some point.

message 180: by Rebecca (new)

Rebecca | 17 comments I nearly gave up on it, but glad I persevered. I finished it last night.

Today my books arrived, which includes 'The Iron King' by M. Druon...I may start that one next...but I also have 'Royal Mistress' by Anne Easter Smith...hmmmm decisions decisions lol.

message 181: by [deleted user] (new)

I just started reading House of Bones by Graham Masterton House of Bones. It's excellent so far.

message 182: by Emma (new)

Emma I just brought The Fault in Our Stars by John Green
Eeee! So excited, I started to read it in the car but I'm trying to ditch the habit of reading multiple books at one time and not finishing a book when a new one comes along. Anyone else have those problems?

message 183: by [deleted user] (new)

OMG!!!!!!!!!! The fault in our stars is amazing.

Me too. I'll start with one book, get bored halfway, pick up another and never finish the first book. I'm suc a hopeless reader. My attention span is that of a child. LOL.

The Fault in Our Stars was soo good! I really enjoyed it, can't wait to read more of Green's stuff. Have you read any others?

I am terrible, I had a book haul at the beginning of this month but I haven't finished any one of them but I am still still buying more books!!

message 186: by Emma (new)

Emma * the month being June
Oops

message 187: by [deleted user] (new)

I've read the Perks of a Wallflower... I didn't really like it. I've also read Paper Towns and Looking for Alaska. Paper Towns... I never finished (whoops) but Looking for Alaska was really good.

I have a whole stack of books in my room which reaches about mid thigh, I have had it there for over a month and have not even begun reading into the pile. There;s like 15 bks there.

message 188: by Rebecca (new)

Rebecca | 17 comments 'Burial Rites' by Hannah Kent. I am now halfway through it and it is a brilliant and enthralling read. It is so good that I can hardly believe that it is Ms Kents debut novel, what a way to start a career.

I highly recommend it and yes, it is keeping me up late into the night and yet I am loathe to finish it.

That is on my to read list, but seeing your comments on it I definitely going to bump it up :)

♥ Innocent Lamb ~ Forever Reading ♥ wrote: "I've read the Perks of a Wallflower...

I haven't read it yet but I will EVENTUALLY get to it. I have heard mix reviews and I haven't seen it yet so fingers crossed.

Hahaha that is a little bigger than mine lol. I really want to read Will Grayson, Will Grayson &An Abundance of Katherines. I read the blurb of Paper Towns and wasn't that hooked.

message 196: by Tasula (new)

Tasula | 2 comments I'm reading The Shambling Guide to New York City
which is pretty good- fairly lighthearted, humorous UF.

I read about a third of Red Moon but I don't think I will finish it- it is well written, but two of the main protagonists are teens, and I just don't relate well. Plus there are some really hateful characters in the book- and that turns me off.
