I've already noticed that the recommendations don't really seem to be on target for me. And some of my first 6 shelves are places I might buy a book (e.g., Amazon), so I haven't read those yet, and recommendations based on them don't make much sense.
So I decided to skip that task and roll to go backwards.

I'm thinking of reading one of those books that have been in my radar for ages like A Brief History of Time, The Selfish Gene or the The Origin of Species or The Pleasure of Finding Things Out: The Best Short Works of Richard P. Feynman. I'll probably just start it and read it slowly over a few weeks and not try to finish it from the beginning to the end.

Susan - you could do what I do with your recommendations and tailor it to the shelves you want them for - I went through and removed most of my exclusive shelves and just use the ones that I have made which are genre ones

Wow Vi! I've been rolling the same numbers as you this time around. I sort of started my science book: The Origin of Species but I'm taking it really slow because that's not kind of book I can read in one sitting.
