Thanks for doing that guys, it does make it easier to pick the hf out of all the great tbr books you have. Didn't mean to make more work for you.

Debbie Hoffman | -2 comments okey dokey - i usually spend a lot of time figuring out my list and then life intervenes and i don't finish the challenge; however, i know i will read atleast 2 books because they are for my face-2-face book clubs

Maude | 732 comments Becky, I don't have a list of books on Goodreads. Can I still do this Challenge. I have lots of books I have never read and it is a great concept!

Jayme(theghostreader) (jaymetheghostreader) | 3122 comments You can use any TBR list you have Maude.

message 169: by Nancy from NJ (new)

Katz Nancy from NJ (nancyk18) How do you get the title and then the cover? I can only do one either the link or the cover.

message 170: by Laura (new)

Laura (apenandzen) | 48 comments Nancy - there's a radial button at the bottom of the screen when you add the link that allows you to choose link or cover. You have to do it twice, once for the link and then again for the cover, and they will both magically appear, lol.

Text links are preferred... Both text and cover are fine, but please don't replace text links with covers only.

Covers only make me twitchy. LOL

Update to scoring:
To encourage participation in the Featured Author read that's currently going on - anyone who includes Jocasta on their list and participates in the thread will get 20 points for reading the book, regardless of where the book is placed on their list.

So if Jocasta is in your #1 spot, when you read and participate in the discussion, instead of getting just 1 point, you'd get 20 points + the standard 1 point.

Still time to update your lists, should you like to take advantage of this 20 point freebie! ;)

message 174: by LemonLinda (new)

LemonLinda (lwilliamson0423) | 626 comments I edited posting 162 to include the extra 20 pointer. I have several lists here, but 162 is my latest and updated one.

lol, I hate covers only too, they're too small and it's hard to read the titles! Couldn't resist adding the covers tho...some of them are preeeety...lol

I know about the radial button but after I use the link I can't seem to change this to cover. Maybe it's just a glitch on my machine. Thanks - I'll try it again and maybe this time it will work.

Just checking --- you are going to go by our listing in the thread? We don't actually have to use our "to-read" shelf and put them in order.
I am waiting for one group read to play out before making my list --- should be tomorrow or Friday.

One other question, can we do a collection of short stories if the page count is over 200?

OK all - I've updated the participant list and added the lists as I have them. That can be found here: http://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/8...

Please make NEW comments with any changes to the list from this point on, as I will not be going back to look for edits.

Patricia - You currently only have a partial list - if you intend to add to it, please make sure you get the rest of your books and their positions on the list to me by the end of the day on Saturday (eastern time) or it will be locked in as is.

If I missed anyone, or any edits, let me know.

message 200: by Nancy from NJ (new)

Katz Nancy from NJ (nancyk18) My final list-

sorry Becky - I'm going back to a previous list - message #166.

Thanks to you for all of your hard work and finicky members like me.
