Holy frak. I just finished The Last Jihad ! It was pretty suspenseful there at the end! I was kinda afraid it was going to turn into Hamlet... But not EVERYONE died, so that was nice. That book, being political, is worth 15 pts. I'm now at 370 pts.

This was a great challenge for me. I was hoping to earn 175 points but earned 240 instead. I read several books I probably never would have picked up before and now I feel my life is more enriched by them. Didn't mean to sound cheesey, but it's true. Okay, I could have done without Mary Higgins Clark, but I had been wanting to read one of her books because several of my students like them - the challenge gave me the excuse to pick one up so it's no big deal that I didn't like it.
