It is a fairly short book so I should have it finished in the next few days and I will definitely come back and let you know what I think Pragya : ) Writing myself a note here at the computer so I don't forget lol

Did you see the movie after reading it? I am contemplating watching after reading."
I tried to respond to this earlier before my internet went down : ( but didn't make it in time. Sorry that I am just now seeing this but in answer to the question: No I haven't seen the movie. I tend to get very disappointed in the movies made from books. The one that upset me the most was

I bet if you read this one you wouldn't be disappointed. I am almost positive you would like the book better. One of my favorites by this author : )

I think you would find that you prefer the book over the movie in this case (even with reading the book second). The book was significantly better than the movie.
I just brought

I decided that since I couldn't make a difference, I would join them. Every time I look at the one book I borrowed from the library, I get a warm fuzzy.

YAY!!!!!! YW Pragya : )

I would have to join. I've already admitted my addiction in another group:
Hi. My name is jaxnsmom, and I am an addict.
I read/listen just about anywhere. I walk out of a library chastising myself, because there's no way I can read those 10 books and listen to the 10 audiobooks in two weeks, and I KNOW this, so why do I keep doing it??? And I've still got 15 books on my mp3 player, oops, make that 21, I downloaded 6 more today, and those 51 books on the dining room table that I bought last year and swear I'm going to read this year...pressure...not at all. HaHa! And I'm returning audios to another library tomorrow, and I'm almost afraid to think of what might happen...

First - there's a security guard in your library? Are too many of you sneaking books out so you can keep them forever? Or is he part of the exhibit to keep the ladies coming back?
Second - have you found out his schedule so you can plan your trips to the library accordingly?

I don't know what the scoop is with the security guard (or his schedule). I was walking into the building and he was headed towards me. I thought he was checking the parking meters. I said to myself, "It's Saturday, I don't have to plug the parking meter." He just smiled and said "Good morning." Then, I noticed him making rounds inside the library and I wondered how boring that job must be.
I think I'll go read in the library again and see if he's there.

Chik-Fil-A and a library?!?! Maybe something to read while she ate her lunch? That is too funny :D

Also, as a result of April Toppler, I decided to read the very first book added to my GR TBR and hence got

Ok Pragya. I finished Ellen Foster which was a re-read for me. I read it several years ago and gave it a 3 star rating. I finished it last night and really liked it and ended up giving it 4 stars : ) Strong will and determination in such a young girl!!

Ah, Robin! I think I will go for a re-read sometime soon. Anyway, it's a short read. Thanks for remembering.

Today I'm picking up The Zombie Survival Guide: Complete Protection from the Living Dead,A Good American and Turn of Mind

I picked up these holds:
The Silence of Our Friends, Hannibal Rising, Article 5, In Too Deep, A Real Basket Case, and Crank which Robin loved so much I decided to give it a second chance :)

YW Pragya!!!It is a short read that I read in one sitting. I think you will enjoy a re-read of this one. I think I picked up on a little bit more this time around that I didn't grasp the first time : )

I LOVED

I am so excited that you got it Kimberly!!!! Hope you enjoy it : )

I think and hope it will be the same for me. I read it so many years back that it will be a different understanding altogether this time.

Ah, Hannibal Rising and Article 5! Enjoy! (I haven't read either but hope they will be good.)

I only read the first one but liked it and have watched all the movies. Have fun!

LOL the books are even more creepy but I'm really surprised that the movies tayed very true to them :)

I fell in love with

I haven't read that one yet and I'm way behind on the Walking Dead TV show but I've read all the graphic novels that its based on and love them.

Shout out! Does anyone have The Colour on Kindle and can loan it to me?

YAY Zombies! I have to say I hated
The Zombie Survival Guide: Complete Protection from the Living Dead and I didn't find it in any way funny. But I loved World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War.
