I'm not in on this challenge, but I saw a book at the store the other day featuring a heroine who was a newspaper writer, I almost bought it, but realized it was part of a series, which is The Writing Girls Series by Maya Rodale, in case anyone still needed to find another book to fit in this challenge :)
Cool! Glad I could be of help. I thought they looked good, I mean how often do you come across a journalist heroine in a historical? :)
I really need to get a move on with this one. Who would have thought it would be so hard to find some books that I actually want to read. Guess I'll go search my bookshelf.
I think I'm just going to give everyone an extension and change this challenge to yearly by just changing the title! LOL! So dangerous to have power at the tips of your fingers. I will try to use it only for good. **hee hee**
