Should women be allowed to preach in front of a congregation/be ordained?
neither gender is BETTER eliza i think she was just pointing out the differences.
well some of my family tht are women are Priests but i have never heard them preach but i HAVE heard men preach they just make it really easy for me to understand.

i think maybe it's just the man you've heard that make it easy to understand. my minister is a woman, and her sermons are wonderful, but so are her husband's, who sometimes preaches. it depends on the preacher's sermon and manner of preacher, not their gender.

the thing about religious debates is that no one can be right... i dont think god cares who preaches his word as long as someone does.

No he thought women shouldn't preach because that is his RELIGION and that is his RELIGIOUS belief as he is Catholic. Don't insult religious beliefs even if they are different from yours because he definitely is not sexist.
You know, this group has a bad habit of gossiping about members who have taken a break. They can still come on here and view everything people have said about them...

Haha!!! Women should be able to say whatever they want to say. Freedom of speech goes to EVERYONE in this country, not only men--regardless of what god thinks women should be used as (as i see it god only aknowleges women when impossible babies are making their way through the vaginal canal...). Because what god thinks is right is not always equal nor fair.
