Tara (taterbeans) | 1066 comments i am currently reading The Hunger Games (The Hunger Games, #1) by Suzanne Collins i just finished The Selection (The Selection, #1) by Kiera Cass BOTH AMAZING!

message 4464: by Julie (last edited Mar 02, 2012 10:29PM) (new)

Julie Reece You liked 'The Selection'? I'm glad to hear that because I had heard it was dissapointing. Good to know. :)The cover alone made me want to read it!

message 4465: by Tara (new)

Tara (taterbeans) | 1066 comments ok i can see where people would think so! and here is why:
im a sucker for romance, and some people like original story lines. this one is different but what happens is kinda predictable! its like reading a reality show. so i liked that. its an easy read and goes fast. sadly the author and more so the authors agent were very unprofessional lately with a "negative" review and has kinda shrouded the book in scandal. which sucks cuz its a good book and a good read!

message 4466: by Jody (new)

Jody I read lots of bad reviews about that book too, Tara, so its good to see somebody liked it.

message 4467: by Tara (new)

Tara (taterbeans) | 1066 comments i think they are because of the scandal!! you just have to look at it as do you like this type of book!! for me that is a yes! not knowing any of the scandal around it, i liked it!

Sucks that all it takes for one person not to like it for it to get negative press but I trust what you say and I know I'm going to enjoy reading it :D not everyone is going to like every book they comes out so I'm going to give it a go when it comes out
