Oh Tracy :( I have to be honest and say I do not miss the extreme cold weather. Lived in New York for 35 years. And I visit a lot for work and personal and even try and get up there during the Christmas holiday to enjoy the beautiful store windows and decorations and even a bit of snow. But living in Miami for the past 13 years has given me a whole new appreciation of perfect winter weather. It's currently in the 60's and tomorrow should be in the 50's - 40's so I'll actually be able to wear a sweater. Stay warm darling.

Well Emily I read Vain (The Seven Deadly, #1) by Fisher Amelie last year and I enjoyed it a lot. I haven't read the other 2 but I do have Just One Day in my kindle waiting to be read. Don't have Angel Fever. If you want something uplifting I'm not really sure if these will do that for you. Vain will eventually make you feel good but it's not a light read. It takes you through lots of feels throughout the story. I did feel good by the end, so it'll be uplifting in that sense. Just One Day sounds like an amazing read based on the premise of the book filled with self discoveries and personal realizations. Really need to get to this one this year LOL! Sounds like an amazing read. So this one might also be uplifting by the end however, again you will have lots of feels with this one too.

Sorry Sammy. Divergent is one of my all time favorite books. And I love the story as so many readers do. But like with most dystopian stories there's a lot of emotional hurdles throughout the read. The last book was a tough one....

Altered is also up for first reads in giveaways. Looks like it's the first one listed under popular authors. Or most requested can't remember which one.

Danielle (Danniegurl) (danniesreads) | 1326 comments Finished Torn from You (Tear Asunder, #1) by Nashoda Rose it was ehhh it wasn't good or bad just ok. I guess I just didn't feel it, I felt some, but not throughout the book.
