Ahuh I'm afraid of it being too much for me to stomach :( I do try to steer clear from too much violence and gore in books. I'm a big chicken LOL!

I'm not gonna lie. It was super gross. But it was concentrated on two scenes. The first was the worst and not significant to the story. The second wasn't as gross but more important to the story. I personally think it's worth it. But everyone's different.

Cool Sylvi, I'm ready when you are. I'm eager to see how futuristic victorian and zombies mesh, or is it not really victorian and the place is just New Victoria. Anyway, anxious to read it because I don't normally do zombie books because...well because they are dead and can't talk and don't have a brain. So, yeah go ahead with the thread and I will start now to.

I have given all of JLA's books 5 stars (the ones that I have read) but this one just didn't do much for me. I don't know if it's because she does better with YA instead of NA or paranormal instead of contemporary. Don't know just didn't care much for it.

Laura (llbasaldua) | 790 comments Bought A Beautiful Wedding (Beautiful, #2.5) by Jamie McGuire today and just finished reading it. I can say I love the cover and the inside sooo pretty!

The story .. I get it but I agree with the reviews I read before I bought it and agree with them now.
It didnt really ruin the spur of the moment sweet feeling of emotions from the first book But I do get it.I really dont know why she wrote this though I mean there are many unrealistic moments in BD and she didnt write them in to make them more believable ..but W/E ..

I didn't know that Twisted Perfection (Perfection, #1; Rosemary Beach, #3) by Abbi Glines came before Forever Too Far (Too Far, #3; Rosemary Beach, #4) by Abbi Glines Laura :( I just wanted to finish off Blair & Rush's story. So Twisted Perfection is Woods' story? I've heard lots of complaints about that one though. So many irate readers complaining about the guy doing a complete 360 in personality and now that I've read the first 2 books and with you saying that too, I'm starting to understand why all the frustrated readers.
