Okay, so the issue with that would be that those of us who raved about Adam in SM would have had no clue that when she said "shatter me" to Warner (or vice versa, I didn't notice this) that meant they were going to be a couple! Sure, if that was the plan all along, I would have liked to have been clued in. I wouldn't have wasted my time daydreaming about an Adam/Juliette HEA. =/

Thank you! I was also Will fan from the beginning. I loved Jem, but not as a love interest to Tessa. He was just too sweet. Will was her perfect match. Perfect everything. Will Will Will. Gah! That ending still gets to me. Will fan for life.

Exactly Erin. I don't think those titles were only to Warner. I think Ignite Me can be either way. I don't care, speaking to you only....as a fellow Adam fan, those titles are so not geared towards just one guy. Honestly, I'm such a f**king ranting bitch right now. I don't even care. Not even a little bit. Because it's my opinion and I'm entitled to it. Ha. Whatever. I'm holding onto hope that Adam gets the girl or she ends up alone. I couldn't care less at this point. I bet that by the time IM actually releases, I won't give a rats ass anymore. We'll see. lol Love ya Erin :)

Belkis (bminaya) | 8313 comments Okay so I finished Wicked Ties (Wicked Lovers, #1) by Shayla Black and HOLY HADES! This was super duper hot! Went into this without reading any reviews. It certainly held my attention LOL! Also finished Succubus Blues (Georgina Kincaid, #1) by Richelle Mead and another good start to a new series for me. Really liked the characters and the story. Now reading Wicked Nights (Angels of the Dark, #1) by Gena Showalter very good so far. Merry Christmas everyone!

Honestly I get pretty loyal to a couple and want it to continue with them throughout the entire series. I rarely like to read books by authors where each book is different protagonists, that's why I stopped with Feral Sins by Suzanne Wright. I read the next one but...I just couldn't continue on. I think Kristen Ashley's series are like that too:( I'm quirky that way.

Oh you're too funny Tiana :) but hey, we all have quirks LOL! I admit, once I fall in love with a couple I'd like to at least have them make appearances throughout the series if their story isn't the main focus. So I do understand where you're coming from in that regard.

Honestly, I'm team nothing, like I don't even care who she ends up but that was just my theory. I understand that Adam/Juliette were built up in SM and I do think that if Mafi wanted Warner/Juliette she should've made it more clear in SM and not just the other books. On another note, the last book is titled Ignite Me and Warner has a tattoo that says Ignite. I was just putting pieces together.

Laura (llbasaldua) | 790 comments @Belkis and Bridget - Yes A place to Call Home is VERy Very Very veeerrryyyy much like SGT. I can say its mixed up a bit but yeah so far its really the same story. Its a 14 hrs 45 mins and Im 5 hrs in a lot is the same even the part in SGT where she says she was going to fix him.. in this book she tells her mom he is her "project". But I have to say I still loved SGT more even at this point.

Laura (llbasaldua) | 790 comments I noticed and Im team neither Adam nor Warner but IF you pay attention yeah at some point in each book the book titles are said aboutor to Warner or Juliette and Yes Ignite me instantly reminded me about Warners tattoo "Ignite" I think She will end up with Warner but who knows Mafi could fool us all and her end up with neither... Personally I dont think there was ever a "real" relationship between Adam and Juliette it felt more like a Protector from Adams side and like Juliette just wanted someone, anyone that was interested in her. I dont think no matter what team you are that you can deny the spark between Juliette and Warner... Seems to be more so than with Adam. But thats just MY opinion.

Kitlina | 195 comments Oh, and I also started Drop Dead Gorgeous (L.A. Vamps, #1) by Suki McMinn , I have been waiting to read this for quite some time since the author is a friend of mine from fanfiction and she writes pure awesomeness. I've never read something she wrote that I didn't love so I'm very giddy about her debut novel.
Hope you all give it a try.

I have to say that I'm in the same boat on this one. I'm really just enjoying the story and how well it's written. Loving how Mafi develops both the characters and the story. I really like that we've gotten to see all of their flaws and strengths and vulnerabilities and feelings. And I don't think I'll mind who ends with who. Maybe they all need time on their own to work out their individual issues LOL!

Belkis (bminaya) | 8313 comments So I finished Holy Frigging Matrimony A Tangled Series Short Story (Tangled, #1.5) by Emma Chase and it was hilarious. Love Drew! Also finished Wicked Nights (Angels of the Dark, #1) by Gena Showalter and really enjoyed it. Another good start to a new Gena Showalter series for me. Will be continuing this one for sure. Almost done with Tempting the Beast (Breeds, #1) by Lora Leigh and also enjoying it very much. My first Lora Leigh book and will be continuing this series too. I have to say I enjoyed this one way way more that I did Fury (New Species, #1) by Laurann Dohner which I did not care for at all. Next up for me is At Grave's End (Night Huntress, #3) by Jeaniene Frost to continue with my re-read of Cat & Bones because you can never have too much of them!

Danielle (Danniegurl) (danniesreads) | 1326 comments So I didn't finish Torn (Torn, #1) by K.A. Robinson yet, I got partially...ok so like 2 chapters in it, but a few other books decided they wanted my attention more so I finally read Elizabeth's Wolf (Breeds, #3) by Lora Leigh which is breeds 3. I did like it, but there was definitely more story than hot sex which is ok. But comparing to the last two it was different there wasn't a frenzy. At least it seemed like there wasn't. I also finally finished Double Time (Sinners on Tour, #5) by Olivia Cunning right that's Treys story. I liked it, I was glad he could find a relationship to work but was severely unhappy with the ending. It was like uh there was going to be more and we stopped here. We didn't get too much touring info this time around either. Lots of bedroom scenes, but not enough to know about how Reagan did on tour with the band, and how the fans reacted to her. We had all this build up in the first two books about the fans and what they do and how they act but barely saw any of that in this book. Overall I still loved it, but wish it was better lol.

So I think I'm going to start breeds 4 and read torn.

Laura (llbasaldua) | 790 comments Finished A Place to Call Home by Deborah Smith was very much the same story as The Sweet Gum Tree by Katherine Allred some different elements and not quite all the love story and heartbreak TSGT was.But still a very good read/listen.

I would still very much recommend it because it does have some very different situations. Yet if you have read TSGT you will still be able to tie the story all together and understand how the story of TSGT was switched up from this book.

*Note I listened to this on Audio and really did not care for the narrator at all. She has a very nasilly sounding voice and she takes these breaths that sound like shes slurping - so I think I would suggest reading it rather than listening to it.

Now im starting the Trylle Trilogy on audio
