While I think the story itself was good and the writing was superb, the female character made me want to slap her constantly for being such a dumb cow and the male character was a bit too alpha and macho for me.

I agree about Marie though. She was so stupid in her thinking sometimes that I wanted to choke her. But I really liked Horse (kinda hard to get used to that name though). He was all alpha but what I expected with an MC story.

I'm interested to see what you think of Wait for You Erin. I wasn't very thrilled with it (I know, first JLA book that I wasn't) but I didn't like it like I have her other books. I don't know if it's the NA I didn't like about it or that I had myself so hyped up and I feel it fell short of her other writings.

yesterday and LOVED LOVED IT! Fantastic story, writing, characters, and LOL HILARIOUS! Looking forward to more of them and of Emma Chase's writing :) Now listening to

Hmm.. I was planning on rushing this one but I guess I'll put it on the back burner for later then. Sucks that Isiah got shorted. I was so excited over the fact that he's book was next. I think I'll be giving up this series after Isiah's story. I only really loved the first book.

Yeah Laura, I was a bit upset over that too. I mean, I can understand how after what Travis & Abby went through with the horrific fire and all they were all shaken up and stuff. And yes, they were very much in love, there's no doubt about that. I can see how Abby would be come to that decision, but still, it kind of dulled the sparkle of their love story a little.

It was still a good read. I love BD so much and Travis & Abby are one of my favorite couples that I would've read this one regardless. It still had some great moments in it and I wasn't upset by the end or anything. If you have it Donna, I would still read it. We get both Travis' and Abby's alternating POVs as well as Travis' mom's letter gets revealed. We get to know details of their special day and by the end their love for each other is very apparent.

h its not a bad story but Being a person that suffers severe panick/anxiety attacks since I was 17 I had many eye rolling moments for Rach - Isiahs Love interest. We get a bit of everyone in this book also Echo and Noah and Beth has a few appearances. But yeah I really thought Isiah deserved an amazing story. I would recommend reading it many others loved it. The next book I guess is going to be about Rach brother. so I think this is my last of the series also. Noah,Beth and Isiah where the main characters in ths series and I just dont see moving it forward about a random character only mentioned a few times.

I was a little disappointed in this one too. I loved the last book so my expectations were super high but I just wasn't feeling Isaiah and Rachel together. They were a little insta-love for me and I thought Rachel was super annoying.

checked out from the library. I'm kind of hesitant to even start Allegiant because of all the bad reviews it got. I really like HEAs so I'm not sure I want to read a book that I already know going into it won't have one.
