Oh, I haven't read the blurb, Laura. I just automatically by any Abbi Glines book cuz I know I'm gonna love it!! Lol. But that doesnt sound good. I'll have to bump it up. And I agree, there are too many characters that need their story told.

Just finished Switched. I read a few reviews that compared it to Twilight but I do not get that comparison at all. I didn't think it was anything like Twilight. It was more like a supernatural version of The Princess Diaries if you ask me (I'm referring to the movie not the book cuz I didn't read the book). Why do so many people compare books to Twilight?

i really liked the book i gave it 4 stars i think! but you should complete the whole series! you'll be shocked what happens in the end! and its not like twilight not at all! i really liked it but i wish i could just get to know more about the characters..and you'll be shocked as you keep reading..so many twits and turns

Ugh, I'm so sick of every good book being compared to Twilight. I didn't even like the Twilight books. But it seems a love triangle or vamps/weres/witches etc, its a rip off of Twilight. Such bull shit and not fair to the authors. I don't pay attention to reviews that compare books to others. I'll read them anyway and enjoy them more.

This was a really popular series, but it was just okay for me. I still haven't read the last book though, so I can't way whether I liked it as a whole yet!

I hope you like this one more than I did, it was disappointing for me. There is a LOT of drug use to the point that the MCs really lost their appeal. Recreational drug us is one thing, but living the life of a stoner does not make for a hottie love interest! I'm hoping that the sequel brings things back around, it needs to.

Well maybe I'll give them a shot. I liked Switched just fine, I just didn't get the Twilight comparisons at all and I really do have to give props to the author for persisting and self publishing and becoming such a success.

I liked it more than I had originally thought I would. Found the story to have a very unique take on mythology. Still have to get back to it and read book 2.
