Currently reading
which is requiring tons of tissues and I'm also reading
which comes out in Sept 5th. AND I really, really need to get going on
for a review due on Tuesday.

So I got
from Net Galley cause it sounded good. I know this is fiction but....it's a little too unreal to me and I can't get into it. It's a book that's trying too hard and my ice heart isn't melting.

Seriously Laura I was pissed every time I had to put my iPad down and actually get back to reality! LOL It's full of romance drama and there's incredible chemistry between Emerson and Jaxon to keep you hooked, plus the characters were all just completely lovable. Love stories where you just don't want to leave the characters behind, and this was one of those. Definitely bump it up the list, girl!

and I gotta say, I loved it more than Angelfall. So effing awesome and action packed and swoony! LOVED it! I can't wait to continue to the next book soon.But I gotta finish a few others first. I'm back on the dark side with this mind fuck,
and it's a crazy effed up, dark book but I'm enjoying it!

I've been crazy for the past 3-4 weeks :( it's been absolute mayhem with my kids, family, school etc. so haven't had much time for reading or participating. Should be better in about another week. Just finished reading

OMG did you guys hear the news? They cast Charlie Hunan and Dakota Johnson as Christian and Anna for Fifty Shades. I've never heard of these two. I'm surprised by the choices but they'll never make everyone happy. Not sure I'd go see this.....but I did watch all four Twilight movies so its possible.
I'm not surprised they went with actors who didn't have "big names." The book is such a big success, they don't need big names. I'm curious to see how they try to make this R instead of NC-17!

Yup lots of upset people crying about the cast choice for the characters. I was rooting for Ian Somerhalder. As for Dakota Johnson as Anna....hmm very interesting.

If you are going to do audio Belkis it will take you a minute to get used to the narrator. She sounds like she is reading and not very good.

I was going to go see it when they were going to have what's his name as Christian but I googled the other two and I'm not seeing it. But you are right, can't please everyone. The tweets are positive about Charlie though.
Yeah Charlie, not my Fifty. Ian, my Fifty. Sigh. I'll be waiting for it to come to DVD anyway. I lost interest in the movie altogether. Who's the chick they picked? Not my Ana either. Oh well.
