Oh you pictured him. I had Michael Fassbender in mind the whole time because I knew Jess had him in mind while writing it from her pinterest board but I can totally see him too. Glad you loved it and yes, totally full of so much action and drama

Donna | 1350 comments So I feel like I haven't had much time to read, but I've kinda been going through some books. Read On the Island by Tracey Garvis-Graves which I really liked. It's sweet and I enjoyed it. There were a few areas that I was like... hmmm, idk about this, but overall I liked it. Finished Prodigy (Legend, #2) by Marie Lu and Siege and Storm (The Grisha, #2) by Leigh Bardugo . Both were good. Finishing up Crash (Crash, #1) by Nicole Williams . The name Jude never sounded so good. Now, I need to find something else to read... Killing Sarai (Killing Sarai, #1) by J.A. Redmerski or... gah. too many choices! I'll find something, tho. :)

I read Half-Blood but quit..well I'm waiting for the rest of the series to come out because she is huge on cliffhangers! I LOVE her Lux series but I am waiting for Origin to come out in August. Cursed was a little slow for me at first but I ended up really enjoying it. I don't think I have read anything JLA that I didn't love.

That's encouraging to hear. I mean, I like Cursed enough to want to go on and find out what will happen, but I've been getting quite irritated with both Ember and Hayden.

I'll be sure to check out Lux then (I think I've already put Obsidian on my to read list). Thanks a lot!

Yeah, maybe one day it will be worth the effort and I will be blown away. That is sort of what happened with The Education of Sebastian (The Education of..., #1) by Jane Harvey-Berrick . It was the biggest success for me on the contemp front, anyway. Although I still haven't read the sequel.
