OMG I loved both books, the story is really sweet and hilarious! I'm not sure though about third book. I liked Drew as secondary character but I don't think I will like him as main.

Hopeless is one of the best book I read this year and maybe last and before that...

Just finished Divergent. Great premise! Without giving away anything, I can say that this YA paranormal novel takes place in the future in what used to be Chicago. The protagonist looks out over a nasty marsh and muses that people tell her it used to be a huge lake, so Lake Michigan. Then two nights ago on the news I saw that the Great Lakes are slowing drying up. Scary.

Well, I guess you could read them in that order, but it seems kinda weird to do, since Fire happens first. There will be some spoilers in Bitterblue for Fire. Actually, what would make the most sense, would be to read Fire before Graceling. I don't know why they're numbered this way.

Okay, so I stayed up ridiculously late and locked myself in the room while the kids watched TV so I could finish this morning. My stomach hasn't been this tied up since Seduced in the Dark, this was such a twisted, sexy, disturbing story and I was completely enthralled in it from start to finish! To all of you who loved the Dark Duet, you MUST, I repeat, M-U-S-T read this story!! The author is just starting out in this genre, and she needs and deserves the positive responses that I believe CJ Roberts fans will give her! Comes out June 25, grab it up!!

Have you guys heard about ? He died today..well for some of us it's today and some it was yesterday. He had prostate cancer and he was only 47. I have only read Consent to Kill, he writes mystery, thriller type books.

Yeah honey, this one never held any appeal for me either. It's book of the month for one of our other groups but I'm not reading it. Sorry it's so sucky.

I really dont recommend that series. The fact that Cecily was so young always bothered me, and that although Rhine didnt like her situation, she was never truly disgusted by Linden. I always thought of him as a villain, but he never really was. The book tries to really push him as a love interest and eventually I reached a point, a very specific incident, when I had to say enough! And I quit the series. Truly disgusting.
