- off and on. Really like it, but it's my go to book between others. Anyhow, think I may start

and IT WAS GREAT!! Man, Jen really just makes other authors pale in comparison sometimes, and this is another of hers that just makes me love how her brain works! Perfect addition to this series, with the incredible creativity of the Lux series but with a very sexy twist! So I have an ARC of

He's feisty like Daemon was in Obsidian, so he's got that bad-boy sexiness just like him, but being a NA versus YA Hunter was allowed to get REAAAALLY steamy with his thoughts...mmmmhmmmm. LOL

it was very good. And now to wait again for book 3. Needed something funny and lighter so decided to start
this will finish the Parasol Protectorate series and what a fun series it's been. Love all of the adventures and escapades of Lady Alexia & Lord Connall :)

LMAO! I'm never too busy for you, babe!! But yeah, this series is VERY dark, so be sure you're okay with the topic before you pick it up. I'm very protective of these books because this was just "that series" for me that shattered all of my boundaries and opened my mind to so much more. It really upsets me when people read the books having no idea what they're about, then leave scathing low-rating reviews about how upsetting and disturbing the storyline is! Plus I adore CJ, she's just an awesome gal. =)
