Finished Love Irresistibly (FBI / US Attorney, #4) by Julie James earlier today and I think I'm done with this series. I LOVED the first two books, but these last two just did nothing for me whatsoever. This one was kind of a snooze-fest, and it wasn't even that hot. Really disappointed.

Along with a beta read I'm going to start Sometime Soon by Debra Doxer for blog review.

I still haven't read the books. I have tried a couple of time and just couldn't get into it. Now the Clockwork (TMI,IMA,FBI or whatever it is) books I love but just could not get into City of Bones. In all fairness though I didn't give it much of a try. I read like the first two chapters but I was anxious to get to the other ones.

I'm laughing cuz I made my husband read city of bones and he said the exact same thing. couldn't make it through the first few chapters. but i made him go through it (I mean plow through it) and he said it got better, although he failed in the end and didn't finish. i have to agree - thought TID (aka "clockwork") was MUCH more to my liking. :) BUT i still think cassie clare is an awesome author.

Not a bad idea. We must be geniuses because I have City of Bones on audio on hold at the library. Going to start May 1, I hope, because it also fits our challenge, right?

Yes Donna, I really really liked umm...TID and it's really backwards for me because normally I like the modern age better than the historical or whatever that was. (I promise I read them it just sounds like I didn't).

Cool Donna *high five* I have found myself reading some historical stuff and liking it though. I like Amanda Quick (Jayne Anne Krentz) and under that name her stuff is the paranormal historical stuff.
