Bloodlines is in audio but not the VA series. Well at least not at my library or my sisters. I will get it in book form and read it. Maybe a weekend I could get into it.

Are you in audible.com Belkis? I get my audios from the library but several people have told me I need to join audible.com since I like audiobooks so much.

I joined last month with a yearly membership and I'm in heaven. I love audible.com just as much as I love amazon.com. And audible.com is part of amazon so yay! I use my same amazon account information and all of my audible purchases appear in my kindle library. Miso hooked on audiobooks now its not even funny LOL! And I love that so many great books are available and that so many upcoming release are already listed for audiobook releases as well. I've preordered tons. I'm so happy. This is a perfect solution for my reading frustrations. Not finding enough time with work being so intense was driving me nuts but not anymore. I just plug in my earphones and listen to a book while I work or travel for work and I'm a very happy camper. And then for the books that I have or that are not yet on audiobooks I just read them when I'm at home and have reading time :)

and absolutely LOVED IT! And hadn't realized that she's also the author of
which I have slotted to read this month as well! Holy heck. Had been wanting to read both these books for a while and just happened to choose them both for this month without realizing that they're by the same author. And now having read one book and loved it I'm looking forward to the other even more. And I can't wait for book 2 in Confessions of an Alli Cat which the author says she's writing, so YAY! I'm so happy right now. Between all the great books lined up to read this month and my new love relationship with audiobooks I want to cry from the sheer happiness right now. I'm getting ready to start
so I can keep my genres from getting stale. So excited. Been wanting to read is one for a while.

I have been looking into audible.com also. I love audiobooks so much it would be a great thing for me. Although i don't buy audiobooks now, they are to expensive I would be able to in audible.com. I wish I could listen to books at work but I am an accountant and the manager of the accounting office so I would not be setting a good example by doing that. I envy people that have jobs that allow them to do that. So in audible.com you get one audiobook every month for 14.95? That really isn't a bad price, well it's about half price from what you would pay at a bookstore.

Meaning I can buy 24 audiobooks with that membership throughout the year as I want. Which breaks down the cost of each credit to be 9.54 per credit. But, I only use it for books that are more expensive than that. This way I get the really expensive ones cheaper. For anything else I get them on sale or wait for it to go on sale. Plus as a member they swill send you advertisements with flash offers and special sales. Like right now for instance they're having a spring cleaning sale and I got a ton of audiobooks for ridiculous prices :) plus, you can return any audiobook that you don't like for any reason any time no questions asked ever. Trust me. I've returned 3 and the customer service is fantastic as only amazon can be. I'm so happy with my amazon marriage LMAO! That's how my husband and I refer to my amazon membership :D

I have been listening to audiobooks for about 9 years now and I wouldn't give them up for anything. It took me a minute to learn or teach myself how to be attentive but once you do that it's all down hill from there. I listen to two or three books when traveling on vacation while the kiddos use ipods. It's makes for a much easier trip. Everyone gets to listen to what they want and everyone is happy.

OK Belkis, you convinced me. I just signed up. I would really hate to miss those deals. The only thing is I wouldn't want them on my kindle because I have a basic kindle and the sound is for crap. I listen to audiobooks from the library from my phone. I suppose if I signed in on my phone I could download them on there. Hopefully I can because I have nothing else to listen to them on.

Okay, so now that you have a membership just go into the "software menu" and there they list all of the different devices for listening to audiobooks. Phones are listed as well as iPhones and laptops etc. so pick your phone, whether android or iPhone and the follow the downloading instructions. Easy peesey :) I did it listing my listening device as my kindle since I listen from my Kindle Touch. So it downloaded the software to my laptop since I connect my kindle to my laptop. But for my phone, I have a Samsung Galaxy S3, I went to my App Store on my phone and downloaded the audible software directly to it just in case I want to use my phone in future. So check out your App Store on your phone if you're going to be using it to listen to your audiobooks. I like having it on my laptop because I like downloading all of my audiobooks to it and then backing them all up to an external drive for safekeeping. I know. I'm OCD just a bit LOL!
