I have been wanting to read this but my Mom passed a couple of weeks ago from SCLC and I'm kind of afraid to read it now.

So sorry to hear about your mom. I don't blame you for putting this book on hold but I have to tell you this is the most amazing book I've ever read. It really moved me. I even put it above my fave Colleen Hoover books! Don't read it yet until you're ready though....it's so gut wrenching. I did the ugliest cry ever while reading it.

Okay, I'm about 75% into Shattered Promises (Shattered Promises, #1) by Jessica Sorensen and it is STRANGE! It's kind of all over the place plot-wise, but it's definitely different. Lots of steaminess, but I just don't know what to think at this point...

I saw your review where you mention that, I may check it out as well. It's an odd one for sure, and I'm not sure I'm liking how wishy-washy she is between the guys. This is one of those books where I have no clue where this is going to go in the series! LOL

Yeah, you kind of have to push through until about 40-50% into it. Then it takes off. But it's also a series so let's just say not everything is tied up with a bow at the end:)

I've read the Ya series which was pretty good, so I'm curious how much is different on the grown-up side.

Finished True Love Story by Willow Aster and it was intense! I wasn't sold for most of the book and Sparrow made me angry towards the end, but lord my heart was a mess for both of them!!

I'm feeling a need for something completely different, so I'm finally picking up Truth (Consequences, #2) by Aleatha Romig .

Just in case anyone doesn't know, Reckless (Thoughtless, #3) by S.C. Stephens is officially out! I had the privilege of reading it already, and it was absolutely incredible!!
