I plan on doing the same with same with these. Have the first 2 but because of the type of emotional/mind twist it promises to be I'm waiting until book 3 is out so that I don't have to suffer in waiting and can read them back to back :)

Frost's writing is fantastic and there are some secondary characters that are as fantastic as the main characters. I love this series as well as the spin-offs for some of the secondary characters - The Huntress World & Night Prince, Vlad is hilarious! :)

Exactly!! I mean, it's not urban ROMANCE if there's no ROMANCE! LOL But everyone says Clary and Jace are super hot together, so they must have some chemistry at some point. The movie is just making me want to read it so I don't have to be a movie-then-book fan like I was with Twilight. =)
Yeah I didn't want to actually say that in case someone hadn't read the book, but I didn't see the brother/sister thing coming till it was revealed and then it ruined the book for me, and yes! Then it seems to me that there'd be no hanky panky for the forseeable future after that. I like romantic tension but that just gave me a EEEWWW.Laura wrote: "LMAO! Well, there's nothing wrong in my mind with a movie making someone want to read the book. It's when someone stops saying "Meh, I saw the movie.." and refuses to read the book that I don't care for. LOL. In fact, I saw the trailer for

It IS! I can't wait to see your review on it. One of the best books I have read in a while. LOVE Jace more than...almost more than Aiden. They are my top 2 boys!!! And yes Amanda I liked Simon a lot in CoLS!!! Didn't like him much before that book. And Malec kick ass! The whole series is just phenomenal. I read and loved Forbidden so the bro/sis thing doesn't bother me.

Ha ha I think I have a 7 way tie for number 2, there is no way to pick. I keep adding more everyday!

Well, so far I'm liking it. Although, I have to get back into remembering the first book. I am 56 pages in. It reads fast, as the first one did.

was absofreakinglutely amazing!!!! Suspense, crushing heartbreak, epic love story, cold shower-inducing sexy, and thrills and twists at every turn! Loved this, but good god the ending just ripped my heart out!! *runs off to beg for an ARC*
