Just finished for our couples challenge and it was so good. Loved spending time with The Night Huntress characters again. Have missed them terribly. And as usual they did not disappoint. Now reading & more reads for our couples challenge this month :)

I wasn't a big fan of aliens either but JLA can definitely make you fall for one lol. I know a lot of people prefer her Covenant series, but I love the Lux series just as much if not more. Highly recommend it!

They're really good. They are worth the read. I wasn't too sure about the alien piece either. But it works. I prefer her Covenent series though :)

Nicole, they're not your average aliens. I love JLA's writing! Though I prefer the Covenant series. But they're worth the read.

I liked it better than ...but not as much as the first. The series took such a melancholy turn. I felt that there were not enough bright spots to propel me forward

I'm not a huge fan of alien themes either, but this wasn't like an E.T. or sci-fi abduction story type of book. It's got all of the great parts of YA paranormal books plus JLA always lets her MCs get a little friskier than the average YA series. =)

Wow finished reading and so good! Can't wait until Elizabeth Hunter releases the first full length book for this new series because it is going to be another amazing one for her. Just like her Elemental Mysteries series was an amazing read so will this this new if the prequel is any indication. Seriously wow. Loved it.

And I couldn't get through Onyx.smh I may resume at a later date. She just irked me with the resistance she kept giving Daemon. It was like, oh bloody hell get over it already and jump on that!lol
