I actually had to stop reading I was so mad that (view spoiler) I purposefully skipped to the last few pages to see, and that ending made me want to scream. So not happy where this series went, so I'll probably be skipping the 3rd.

Gah, I know, it was so beautiful but so unbearably heartbreaking!! *sobs* I wish she was able to release mid-release shorts like she does with the Covenant series. I'll take a 3.5 from Daemon's POV like Elixir!!! LOL

I'm currently reading Grave Mercy from the series His Fair Assassin. It's really gripping!!!I went on a bit of a spen thrift and bought seven books, though one in particularly which has jumped my to read list to number one, which is Anna Dressed in Blood! I'm so eager to read it!

Apparently it's excellent.
Right now I'm almost through with the sequel to "Daughter of Smoke and Bone" which is "Days of Blood and Starlight" by Laini Taylor. I'm listening to the audio book on my iPod when can't actually read.

Yeah, not gonna happen with one from his POV. There is a novella that will come out, but it's from the adult's POV. The next book and dual POV: Daemon and Katy

I got an eArc from the PUblisher to read and review. I'm 73% through and I wish there was more focus on the paranormal aspect. Too much of the romance. The writing is excellent, tho.
for a blog tour. I wasn't thrilled with the first. The writing in this one is better. But it's too wordy and they haven't touched on the time travel thing at all, which is the basis of the first book. This is not getting more than a 3 from me.
ARC from Spencer Hill. I am almost done. Review will go up in Feb since it comes out in March. It's a really good Middle Grade read! I'm going to give it to my son after I'm done.

That's okay, I've really been looking forward to this and the cover is gorgeous!
Just read The Ghost Downstairs for the third time. One of the best ghost stories I have ever read. The last 10% of the book will make your heart beat very, very quickly! I love Molly Ringle's books.

Just bought my good friend Annie Brewer's novel Choices on amazon!!! Woot Woot!
Finished reading
and enjoyed it as much as the first book and wish book 3 was out already! Started reading
and I'm about 40 pages in and I'm struggling a bit with the typos and/or need for editing in this book. I'm also not feeling a whole lot of empathy for the main character either. She's coming across a bit flat in the telling of the story. I'm hoping this changes the further along I get into it. Did anyone else have these issues?
