LMAO, I know, right?! I came across this b/c I'm compiling a list of to-be-released books for 2013, so I'm going through my favorite authors and seeing what they've got lined up. She's just a writing machine!!! Took me 10 minutes just to go through hers!

Well, I am working hard on my first book in a trilogy right now. It is consuming my EVERY thought EVERYDAY. And I have no sleep lately. I'm a friggin zombie. But I am 5 chapters away from being DONE....then its edit edit edit edit! And I know everyone will love this one! Woooot!

I know....I miss everyone on here! Its been lonely in my world. Hahaha, that was a joke. The voices in my head keep me plenty company. I will have the synopsis up soon and the cover is being worked on. It should be out by the end of the year. This hard work will definitely pay off. :)

It's so different and the story is unique and intriguing. I loved the main characters and the author did an outstanding job with all their development. I hope you end up enjoying it as much as I did. You and I are in total agreement on this one Laura. IAD is absolutely amazing and Barron's is OMG HOTNESS! You need to read The Night Huntress for sure because Cat & Bones, the MCs are fantastic together. One of the hotest paranormal couples written in a series. The smoke rises from the pages that's how hot they combust LOL!

Ok so what happened was that the author actually wrote
first. Which is how I started reading the series because at the time it was book 1. Now in the story, this author is brilliant, she has several timelines staggering as they are going on simultaneously in the other books. So you get glimpse of things that are happening to other characters with events that tie into the story that you're reading at that time. So, during this book you get glimpses of the story or the characters that will lead in
which Kresley Cole was not intending to write as a book an it's own. But so many readers kept asking her about these characters and their story which we get glimpses of in A Hunger Like No Other, that she then went back and wrote the story which happens to be taking place around the same timeframe in the plot as A Hunger Like No Other. But she writes it as part of an anthology
to help promote other writers. That's how I bought it and read it. So ended up reading A Warlord Wants Forever as the second book and which didn't affect the stories in the least because like I say the timelines are happening simultaneously. And I actually prefer reading it that way and have recommended to all my reading friends that have picked this series up, to read it this way. For some reason I find it flows better that way. This series has so much stuff going on and so many different types of creatures that at the beginning it will be a little be daunting for some but I don't think you'll have any issues flowing through it. Another tip is that she added a glossary of terms to the books which I only discovered while reading book 3. So look for it it'll help with some of the names of creatures and such. Now, the readers pestered the author so much that after like book 8 or something like that she released The Warlord Wants Forever as a book pulling it out of the anthology in which it was first released and that's why the book looks so different from the others (that red book with the shield on it, but I like it a whole lot better than the cover to the anthology book LOL). The same thing happened with book 8 Danni's book

Since my logic is that that's how she actually wrote it at the time.
