On page 112 of The Raven Boys (Raven Cycle, #1) by Maggie Stiefvater and I haven't really gotten into it yet, :(
I think it's just me.

Jody @Julie, did you read The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater . I had a quick peak at a couple of chapters. And I don't think its you, I honestly found it hard to get into the Wolves of Mercy Falls. I did love book one but I found it to drag on a little.
I do want to give Raven Boys a try though. Looks interesting.

message 10305: by Jody (new)

Jody about to start a new book, just trying to decided which one, so many I want to read. I want to start the Wicked Lovely series, so I might give that a go.

No, only through book two of Mercy falls. The Raven premise is interesting but there is a lot of story set up and background, meeting a large cast of characters in the beginning. You might just love it, I think it will get better, its just a slow start for me ???

I read the first book and liked it. :)

There are many mixed reviews on this series but I loved it. By then end I was so sad it was over.

message 10310: by Jody (new)

Jody Ive noticed that, all the mixed reviews but Ive had them for so long now and I have all of them too. So I really should give it a go.

Three books into Quinn Loftis' Grey Wolves series, and still loving it!! Of course, I'm in the middle of two other books and she left Just One Drop (The Grey Wolves, #3) by Quinn Loftis with a major cliffhanger, so I'm just going to have to start Out Of The Dark (The Grey Wolves, #4) by Quinn Loftis too!! =)

LOL, I love watching people's reactions to this one! =) White Walls was great, too; it's a look at what happens before the first book, which was great for clearing up some of the complete and utter confusion of Insanity! LOL
