Julie Reece Expectations can ruin a book or movie for me, so I try to empty my head of any. It's hard sometimes, though. :)

I really enjoyed this series. She has a spin off called Fissure that is funny.

Yeah, I think you would enjoy them. They might make you want to smack the heroine sometimes, but I think I got so emotionally frustrated by them because the author pulled me into the stories. I probably wouldn't react so strongly to it otherwise.

I just realized you're in my area!!! I think you're the closest person I've met on here yet, other than authors. LOL

And yeah, I've definitely got my fave heroines who manage to not drive me batty. I should make a shelf for those books while I'm getting them all organized! =)

Hush, Hush was my first angel book that I ever read so I loved it. I read Crescendo right after so I wasn't disappointed like I know a lot of people were. I did have to wait a year for Silence to come though so I was able to read other angel books and I agree that they're not the absolute best angel books out there but the series does get better. Silence was my favorite and I think that Finale is going to be the best one when it comes out.

I definitely think Silence (book 3) was the best, there was a lot of heartbreak and more romance in that one. I really liked all of them, but I personally think the Premonition series by Amy Bartol is better. You should try that if you haven't read it. =)
