Oh man, I was looking forward to

A lot of people like it, and it kept me reading, but it just didn't seem right how the abuse situation was handled.

Yeah, I found myself really enjoying it and overlooking the fact that it's got some ridiculous plot, but the way it wrapped up was almost insulting. I could have written a better ending to this thing, it just took away so much from the story!!

Compared to books like Reason to Breathe (another one about abuse that was just amazingly well-written, I highly recommend that one!!), this definitely comes across like a fan-fic book. And for me the ending was just insulting after investing the time on these characters. Bummed, but they can't all be greats! LOL

Thanks!

How was it?"
Not bad. I loved the hero :P"
YAY! lol I wanna read it.

I agree. I think we just kept reading because we fell in love with Liam. The end was a HUGE disappointment.

That's good to hear since I have it in my library.

*pout* is there no HEA?

It doesn't end sad it is just the situation before the end and how it was handled.

So instead I'm gonna read

I just posted my review (with spoilers) if you want to check it out; it's not that it's a sad ending, it's just very poorly done, like Sara mentioned. Not impressed!

I loved both series very much!

I've read the first 3 but got behind on other books so I had to put them on hold. I can't wait to get back to it though. I'm a Tod lover but have a soft spot for Nash too!!!

I agree completely!! I was just really hoping that this one would make up for the third book and give us all the HEA that we want : )

Oh I loved them both! Sawyer and Lana's story was awesome and I thought Hearts in Darkness was great!
