is on NG. I dunno how long it's been there? I came across it by accident when I pulled up all the Bloomsbury books so that I could re-request that Throne of Glass thing. But it never showed up for me when I was browsing the recent or ya lists. Searching for it worked.
GR is being a bother tonight so if this is a repeat, sorry.I already had the book and planned on starting it after I finished Insurgent but for some reason thought the book was adult.

Do it. I did. I got approved for something from them today. But they still didn't say yes/no to Throne of Glass so I sent it in again along with Something Like Normal.

Okay this
is Part 1 of 2 of the first book of the Wheel of Time series. This edition is one that they market to a YA audience. It is the same as the first half of the first book (this edition is 420 pages), but it contains added illustrations and a new prologue.

Part 2 of the first book is not yet available on ebook from what I can tell, but if you're looking to try out the series, then this is a really cheap way to do so. I'm not sure why part 2 isn't there, but I assume it will be at some point. Maybe they're still working on adding the illustrations to part 2? The price of the full version of Book 1, minus the illustrations and the extra prologue, is $6.99.

I'd rather not get into the whole story of it in order to keep this group low key because this has the potential of having the conversation derail into a big gossip fest. Anyone can go to the top review on the reviews page and all the info is up there if you're curious about what happened.I read the book just to feed my nosiness because it was free but chose not to shelve or rate it for personal reasons.
I haven't read it, either, because of all that stuff. I may get to it at some point, because I did want to read it before all that junk went down. So probably I'll read it (not buy it) and then just not talk about it or review it or recommend it.The one on NG is from a UK publisher, anyhow. So, question: Are they no longer letting people outside of the US request egalleys from American publishers? Cause if they're still letting people do that, I'm annoyed that I can't get Australian stuff or British stuff or Canadian stuff. But if they're denying everyone, FINE.

All of these Tor Teen books (Anna Dressed in Blood, included) look like they're not on sale at B&N. I assume they'll be price-matched or go on sale in the morning. If not, Tor announced recently that they're going completely DRM-free with their ebooks by July. I am not sure if THESE are DRM-free yet, as they have to go through and make each book DRM-free and it'll probably take them a while to get to every book. Anyhow. There it is.
