$3.99Simon and Schuster is trying to 1-up Penguin in obnoxiousness by changing the cover AND the title with the paperback release, so don't get confused if it shows up as this:

I like the cover for the first one better, too. The author explained that the title change was due to the fact that people saw the number 2 and assumed it was a sequel. They changed it to help alleviate confusion, which will probably backfire because title changes automatically cause confusion. Go figure.
What the fuck? Did series books suddenly become movies and start putting numbers on their sequel titles? They probably could have decided not to be lazy shits and spell out the word "Two". It probably would have fixed most of the confusion.I feel like these covers are similar enough that I don't get the point of the change. If you're going to give a book Multiple Personality Disorder by changing its name after publication, then at least keep the same cover so people can make the connection. Don't go all Witness Protection and change everything at once as though you don't wanna be found.
On a similar note, I'm disappointed that HarperTeen changed the name of Severed Heads, Broken Hearts to the much more boring The Beginning of Everything.

And the title was perfect. Probably got scared because it sounds like a violent title (when the book is about teens, NOT serial killers). Boo! Hiss!
I was thinking that because Warm Bodies had the movie and everything that people might think it's another zombie love story lol. But I don't care because I still liked that title!

Does THIS LINK work for Dance of the Red Death? I still see it listed on there. Go to Review Copies and Greenwillow books. It's the first one listed. Once We Were is a Harper Teen title, and Across the Star Swept Sea is Balzer + Bray. Does that help?
It did work. I'm not sure why the link does when a manual search only shows the book with no ability to request.However, your link shows a book with no cover and I could only find the book with the cover.

is free on amazon. I'm currently reading it and falling more and more in love with each page. The main character is 50 shades of awesome and the book is extremely hysterical at times. Also, the secondary characters are pretty great, too. Argh. I love it.It has a little bit of a Sophie Kinsella feel to it but in my opinion, it's thousand times better than the two books by Kinsella I've read (Can You Keep a Secret? and I've Got Your Number), though I did enjoy them.
